2nd presentation page
so heres the 2nd presentation page i had to turn in, and my 2nd presentation page ive ever made, i'll be getting critiques from my instructor tomorrow on these two pages so that i know what to fix the next time i make a presentation page.
Character Designs
and now heres my finals for my character designs class, ive had 3 classes of art this quarter and each have given me the opportunity to learn 3 different programs. theres 3ds Max, Maya, and Zbrush. Learning each all at once is quite difficult but everyones managing it at my school so i gotta do the same. I got used to the keys and how to do everything different depending on what program im using. Now its just a matter of putting more time to make better ACTUAL finished pieces.
in these artworks, theres high poly sculpts, low poly, and just some extra stuff. ive learned ALOT of what not to do so in my future zbrush sculpt , there wont be as many mistakes as these 2 projects have.
Finals to turn in
these are the two artwork pieces im turning in to my designing 3d environment class, they were fixed and ive more stuff to them to make them look closer to finished. I really enjoyed this class and its given me the chance to see what positive things 3ds max can do that maya cant and im now starting to enjoy both programs at the same amount.
Will post soon
ive been trying to polish some artworks for finals so i'll just post this for now, one of the 2 presentation pages we had to create. so heres my first.

ive been doing quite good in these classes lately, to the point where im able to do some side projects. i managed to squeeze in some time to do some traditional work. this includes sculpting on clay and working in my sketchbook!
the clay sculpture is being based off of Morrigan of Darkstalkers.
and im trying to improve more and more in sketching so that i can comfortably be able to do some digital work
Here are some updates ive done in my recent projects, the bigger environment render needs the most work, i have a scheduled week so that i work on projects for certain classes on certain days so i'll most likely post an updated version of the big environment one around friday in a new thread =]
adjustments done:
Character: watched a 3d modeling dvd as it assisted me and give me ideas in creating armour for my character so the character isnt bare anymore.
bathroom: fixed some textures and maps to make the room look more efficient and believable and put more of an eerie feel to it.
big environment: just finished texturing it, gotta adjust the textures still and put more lights.
