update

As time progresses, i still have to make time to polishing and re-working my portfolio pieces. This 4 Week vacation will be a dedicated 4 week vacation as i plan to polish all my past portfolio works within it. I guess you can say i wont be taking a "vacation" till graduation? But i enjoy all that i do so there's nothing wrong with that :) Here is my goal of graduationpieces:

Stylistic Creature (Argonian Warrior from Ratchet and Clank) (Handpainted)
Sci Fi Female
Stylistic Female (Fury from Darksiders)
Stylistic Female's Weapon (Personal Concepted Scythe)
Sports Car with "curves" (Venom GT)
Stylistic Environment (Handpainted)
Male Character (Personal concepted concept using multiple references and other concepts)
Sci Fi Environment
Hyper Realistic Environment

Pokemon Fanart

I dont believe i posted this but here's a stylistic 3d pokemon sculpt i did for my General Ed (environmental science) class. I just felt i had the extra time so why not do a zbrush sculpture while i have the opportunity to do it for one of the assignments.

Portfolio WIP cont. 2

Here's The character i'm finishing the textures for at the moment. There's one design element i plan to bring to the lower-poly version which is the bear claws on the bear hide he uses as a cape. I'll just have to make room to fit my polylimitfor this character. I've posted the high res sculpt earlier but here's some close ups as the only thing i added was the Charm that holds the cape together.

Here is some In-game (UDK) screen caps of my environment. I have yet to tweak the lighting and adjustments necessary. Though for now there's two images, one with and without a light shaft. The light shaft image is the design i'm aiming to approach. It was a paintover of the other image uploaded with photoshop adjustments. I plan to use a volumetric lighting approach for the light shaft though.

Portfolio pieces WIP

i'll be posting some current WIP images of my future portfolio pieces.

To start it off, here's something completely different than what i usually post, a vehicle!

This is going to be rendered possibly using V-Ray/ Mental Ray within maya.
